‘StartUp Britain’ Business Scheme Launch
Prime Minister David Cameron is set to launch the latest in a string of business initiatives in a bid to get the country back on economic track.
”StartUp Britain’ is aimed at trying to encourage more people into setting up their own business. The scheme, backed by tech giants including Google, Microsoft and O2 will provide new enterprises with a support package worth around £1,500 in areas such as digital marketing, IT training, broadband and more.
With the government now throwing their weight behind online marketing, which should include areas such as SEO and web design, many new businesses could get themselves online and really start to get their piece of the online market, however, how well these £1,500 packages will actually be spent remains to be seen.
